“I have been to see Ruth several times for stress and relaxation. I always found her very good and the treatment effective. More recently I booked in for a treatment as I was suffering from water retention in my legs and feet during the 8th month of pregnancy. They were very swollen and causing me discomfort. I found the reflexology helped enormously with the swelling and general comfort. I felt very happy with Ruth treating me in pregnancy and would definitely recommend this to other pregnant women."
