From our first meeting Ruth has made me feel listened to and took time to understand the reasons I'd decided to have reflexology, she has approached our sessions in a very individual and caring way. I have found our sessions incredibly relaxing and effective and am now almost 6 months pregnant and continue to see her regularly.
