Ruth is a fantastic therapist who has worked with me on a number of occasions. Her therapy work was very relaxing, she knows her subject explicitly and truly cares for clients. She did an amazing job of explaining the concepts of reflexology to me, helping me to understand how it can help different parts of my body. I'm taking more notice of my own body now, thanks to Ruth's work. She taught me hand reflexology and how the hands also correspond to different areas of the body. I felt truly relaxed after each session with Ruth, she is very perceptive in her work and I notice a difference in problem areas of my body such as my lymph glands and my shoulders/back following Ruth's reflexology work on me.
