"Following a fantastic initial year of Ruth being involved with my company it goes without saying that this has been personally much appreciated and has been a great support for the wellbeing initiatives within work. The reflexology is taken up across the business with a wide cross section of staff. The feedback has been extremely positive from highlighting the support this provides to their health and relaxation, the lease to sign up and attend on site, and the friendly service Ruth provides.

  Personally I have got a lot from the reflexology and is a perfect way to unwind in the middle of the hectic changes and pressures of work. Ruth has made my job very easy in managing the set up of appointments and liaising with staff. She provides a positive, approachable and extremely friendly approach which adds enormously to the experience. If anyone is considering it you should really give it a trial; I would suggest you won’t turn back.
