Ruth has personally found Hypnotherapy to be a hugely successful approach and is delighted to offer this wonderful therapy to clients old and new.

Each treatment programme will be tailored to the individual and all clients will complete a full consultation in order to decide which approach will bring them the quickest, furthest reaching results.  Where appropriate Reflexology and Hypnotherapy can be combined.

Hypno Therapy – accentuating the positive.  This therapy will focus on positive outcomes, where you wish to be.  We will spend some time looking at what you wish to change, what may be preventing you from making that change, where you want to be and structure a plan to help you achieve just that.
