Reflexology is not a cure for infertility but where difficulty conceiving is attributed to unexplained infertility it can provide a hope. Pregnancy cannot be guaranteed but what is promised is that you will have a better understanding of your fertility and by ensuring that you are sleeping, eating and relaxing well and worrying less you are ensuring the best possible conditions for creating a new life.
