Welcome from Ruth Maguire
Hi, thank you for visiting, please have a browse around and do get in touch if you have any questions or don't find what you are looking for.
Specialising in treatment programmes for women, fertility and maternity programmes appointments are offered from Eolas Therapy room, conveniently located in Glasgow City Centre. An oasis from the hustle and bustle of the city. The treatment time is all about you. Reclined in a comfortable chair, wrapped in a blanket you will experience total body and mind relaxation. The effects of Reflexology are cumulative and after your initial course of treatments just one session a month can be enough to stay on top of stress levels and feel fabulous. This safe, gentle therapy is truly amazing but unfortunately is not a magic wand that can be waved to cure all. For this reason, all treatment plans will require some work on your part. That said, I am confident Reflexology combined with some lifestyle changes on your part together can achieve a feeling of wellbeing that truly lasts.
A course of treatments usually lasts between 4 and 8 sessions. At your first appointment, time will be spent discussing your current situation and what you wish to achieve. A holistic approach is taken to treatment with all aspects of health and wellbeing, physical and emotional being considered.
During the Reflexology treatment itself, you recline in a wonderfully comfortable chair with just socks and shoes removed. Wrapped in a blanket warm and restful. Ruth will apply pressure to your feet using her fingers and thumbs. You will feel wonderfully relaxed during the treatment and that feeling of wellbeing will leave with you.
