Reflexology

Promote & Encourage total body relaxation, restful sleep & a wonderful sense of wellbeing. An increasing number of men and women of all ages are using Reflexology as a safe natural way of relaxing, balancing, and harmonising the body. By reducing physical and emotional stress, Reflexology promotes and encourages total body relaxation, restful sleep and a wonderful sense of well being.

Reflexology can help maintain good health and the treatments provide an hour of enjoyable total body relaxation - space and time for you to switch off, free from the demands and distractions of everyday life.

Where disease is occurring Reflexology can provide relief. Digestive problems, constipation, fluid retention, migraine, headaches, sinus congestion, fatigue, muscular aches and pains, joint stiffness, menstrual problems, skin complaints, sleep disorders, in fact most acute and chronic conditions can respond well to treatment.

Time to relax

During the one hour treatment session the client reclines in a chair with their socks and shoes removed. The therapist uses a smooth systematic massage technique to stimulate the nerve endings in the feet. This rhythmical touch encourages relaxation which allows the body’s own self healing powers to come into action. Reflexology is a wonderful treatment which can be enjoyed by all regardless of age, gender and mobility.
